  • Verify Everything: Check parcel contents during handover
  • Use In-App Communication: Keep conversations on the platform for safety
  • Report Issues: Let us know about any problems immediately

  • Never: Send or carry prohibited items (see Terms of Service)
  • Never: Share false information about yourself or parcels
  • Never: Engage in discrimination of any kind
  • Never: Share personal contact details before booking confirmation
  • Never: Accept suspicious or unmarked packages
  • Never: Cancel bookings without valid reason

🛡️ Safety Guidelines

For Senders:

  • Meet in public places for handover
  • Share tracking details with recipients
  • Package items securely and label clearly
  • Take photos during handover

For Travelers:

  • Verify sender's identity before accepting parcels
  • Inspect parcels and reject anything suspicious
  • Keep parcels secure during your journey
  • Confirm delivery with photos and OTP

⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy

The following will result in immediate account termination:

  • Transporting illegal items
  • Fraud or theft
  • Harassment or threats
  • Creating fake accounts
  • Sharing explicit or harmful content

📞 Report Violations

If you witness any guideline violations:
